To respond to booking and membership requests, confirm appointments, and communicate with you about your visit. We do not sell your personal information.
reCAPTCHA
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam submissions, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Health information
We may ask about conditions relevant to your safety in the pod, sauna, or cryo chamber (for example pregnancy, heart conditions, or recent injuries). Anything you share is used solely to decide whether a session is safe for you, is visible only to studio staff, and is never shared with third parties.

This site may use minimal technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use B12 to build and host this website and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. These providers may process data on our behalf solely to provide their services.
