These terms govern your use of this website and booking of services from Halcyon Float & Wellness.
Our Services
Float therapy, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy sessions booked in real time through this website.
Bookings
Bookings are held for the selected time slot once confirmed with your name and email. Please arrive 15 minutes early; contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, at the studio's discretion.
Memberships
Memberships are month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled at any time with no fee. Online enrollment is not yet available; memberships are set up in person with staff, with the first month prorated.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are current at the time of listing and are subject to change without notice.
Health & Safety
Float therapy, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy are not suitable for everyone. Please consult your physician before your first session if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, epilepsy, open wounds or skin infections, or any other condition that may be affected by heat, cold, or immersion in water. You may be asked to complete a health questionnaire or waiver in person before your first visit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halcyon Float & Wellness is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
